Sessions are offered in flexible durations and pricing options, allowing you to choose the level of depth that suits your needs. Appointments register in Pacific Time, and meetings are provided via Zoom, or at scheduled in-person events. Session Format Appointments can be recorded. I begin with a brief medical intuitive body scan to establish connection, followed by sharing accurate insights into the areas most important to you. Afterward you receive detailed session notes with additional resources for insight and ongoing support.
