Service Description

This 15-minute session is structured to address 1 or 2 concerns. If you have more than 2 concerns please book a longer reading. Each session begins with a brief body scan to establish an accurate connection to you, during which I take detailed notes. I then offer intuitive guidance tailored to your pre-session form, along with additional insights that arise. After your session, you'll receive detailed notes and a complimentary package of resources by email for continued insight and support. Prepaid appointments register in Pacific Time zone and held via Zoom. If you are in a different time zone check the time zone converter on the 1st page.
